The event's goal was to raise funds to send children to Camp HOPE, a summer camp program for children in families affected by violence. With this goal in mind, my team planned and executed the event with a camp theme, which reflected in the event's branding and styling. In contrast with last year's event which was held in a hotel ballroom, this one was held outdoors at a local farm and ranch, to really emphasize the casual and youthful feel we were aiming for.
